Upcoming online course: Managing Anxiety

We now have the following upcoming online course that will run via Microsoft Teams (free app, further details below).

Managing Anxiety – 4 session course

Dates: Every Tuesday starting 14th June

Time: 6pm – 7:30pm

Details: Defining and increasing personal awareness of anxiety and management techniques. You will gain understanding of and practice breathing techniques for relaxation, and you will consider the impact of negative thinking and identify negative thoughts to try and change.

Our courses & services are open to women aged 16 years and upwards, who live within the Wakefield district (WF1-WF11), and are registered with a Wakefield district GP.
