37.5 hours per week 

The Well Women Centre is delighted to have been awarded funding from The National Lottery Community Fund which will allow us to grow, develop and enhance our casework service over the next 3 years. This project, Positive Impact Plus (PIP), will support women in Wakefield with multiple and complex needs and will enhance our ability to promote partnership working and the efficacy of multi-disciplinary care.

We are recruiting a Casework Team Leader to jointly coordinate this project with our Services manager and to lead on wider casework services. This role comes at the exciting time of launching PIP and offers us an opportunity to further enhance our provision in Wakefield and focus on promoting gender specific support for women with multiple and complex needs.

The Casework Team Leader will be supported in her role by the Services Manager, Operations Manager and our CEO. She will line manage our dedicated casework team and will hold an agreed caseload of clients to provide flexible and responsive 1:1 and group interventions. The Casework Team Leader will benefit from the experience and support of the wider centre Team Leaders and will build supportive and collaborative relationships with other professionals in partner agencies.

This role offers an opportunity to someone who has significant experience in a formal or informal leadership position, in a provision supporting women that are navigating complicated and distressing life events. It offers opportunity for development for the right candidate to further develop their skills and career with coordination of services and formal team leading.
